TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

Payment is broken down into a 25% up-front deposit, with the balance due within one week of receipt of complete files. If you book multiple manuscripts in at once to save, the 25% deposit is calculated based on the total price for all the books, and the remaining 75% is split evenly between books with an instalment due on delivery of each book.

WHAT YOU GET

For print books, you receive a .pdf suitable for uploading to Amazon KDP and/or Ingram Spark. For ebooks, you receive .pdf, .mobi and .epub files ready for upload to all major distributors.

Before the files are finalised, I’ll send you up to four options for fonts and dingbats for you to decide on. I’m keen to make your book as pretty and professional as possible, so if there’s something specific you’re after, let me know!

MULTI-BOOK DISCOUNT: a 10% bundling discount applies if you combine formatting for more than one book in the same booking, so long as the manuscripts will be delivered within an 18-month period.
