Welcome to #MadeItMonday, where I post something I’ve made in the previous week, and where you can join in and post something you made too! The rules are easy: post a pic somewhere of something you’ve made in the last week (ish; let’s say in the last month as the hard-and-fast) and tag it. Sit back and enjoy scrolling through all the beautiful things we’ve collectively created, and celebrate the fact that humans can be awesome!
Really loving what are becoming fortnightly art mornings on Saturdays with the pink child. Sometimes the boy child joins in as well, but pink child is the one with the mad passion for arts and crafts, so it’s a nice ‘our thing’ we can do together 🙂 Sometimes we do tutorials, but this time I was keen to just play around with colour, focusing on something that would be emotionally and aesthetically pleasing and maybe improve my technical skills a lil bit, without it being something that would have pressure to be ‘good’. So we focused on blending, always useful, cognitively easy and soothing, and visually appealing when you’re done! Pink Child loved it so much that she actually went back a couple of days later and added some more blends to her page, which is super cute.
Edited to add: Now with pictures! lol
And now, what have you made this week? Don’t forget to tag your contribution, or even better, leave a link in the comments!! I love seeing what inspiring things other people have made 🙂 🙂 🙂
