Over the weekend I was hired to cater for a friend-of-a-friend’s birthday party, grazing platter style. It totally counts as making, even though I made zero food (thanks, supermarket!), because the whole point of a grazing table is the aesthetics! Here’s what I ended up with, from left to right across the table:
It was a lot of fun, very low stress for me, and I was so excited to be actually paid to do it! <3 Winning all round.
The little flags were coding for dietary requirements – green flags for vegan, orange flags for gluten free 🙂
