The Black Kookaburra is running their next Kickstarter campaign, this time for enamel pins AND socks.
The pins are based on the design that we did for the A Fox Of Storms And Starlight Fan Kits, only this time as well as foxes, you can also snag a unicorn or a dragon – AND you can get the designs as either a pin or as socks <3
And trust me, the socks are AMAZING. We got sample pairs many, many months ago and they were literally the only socks I wore all winter. Soft and comfy and a good quality cotton that’s warm enough for winter office wear, but also cottony and breathable enough to wear into the warmer months as well.
I own a LOT of socks. The only time I’ve worn socks *other* than these Black Kookaburra ones since the samples arrived back in, oh, July, was the few times all four sample pairs were in the wash.
Mm. Socks.
And yes, the socks are gender neutral and fit a range of sizes – see the campaign for specific details, but the socks fit me with my average-small women’s feet (size 6.5 or 7 AU women’s) and my husband with his average-sized man foot (size 9 AU men’s) and my sister with her size 10 AU women’s foot and so on and so forth.
